Terms and conditions

 

MS Photo Studios will produce your CD/DVD and return it to you complete with all your original photos normally within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order is large or we are extremely busy and it will take longer than 14 days we will always let you know by phone or email. We will use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery in all cases. No liability is accepted for photos lost or damaged whilst in transit. MS photo Studios will keep your scanned photos on our systems for a period of 14 days following the recorded delivery confirmation that you have received your photos back in the post. Any extra items wanted, errors etc  must be notified to us within the 14 days or re-scanning will be required. MS Photo Studios accept no liability for any infringements of copyright. Any photos sent to us are regarded as being the sole property of the sender. We can correct damaged, faded, dusty, too light, too dark and slightly blurred photos but if the original is too bad it may not be possible to produce a perfect photo from it. MS Photo Studios will notify you by phone or email if there are any photos too badly damaged to produce a good result. In these circumstances we can either include the photo in as good a condition as we can make it, or leave it out completely. As an alternative we can offer a photo restoration service for any photos that are particularly valuable to you. The cost and timescale for complete renovation of a damaged photo is individual to each item and will be discussed  accordingly
